本日は、阿吽(あうん)の呼吸　です。

相手と呼吸を合わせること。阿は呼気、吽は吸気であり、万物の資源と究極を象徴している。　

寺院の仁王門には仁王像の
開口の阿形（あぎょう）像と、口を結んだ吽形（うんぎょう）像の2体を一対として、安置されています。
ここから、阿吽ということがきています。
信州善光寺の仁王門にも仁王像があります。
100年以上の歳月を経て、幾多の災害や苦難を乗り越えてきている力強い仁王門であり仁王像です。
みんなで力を合わせて今のこの状況を乗り越えて生きましょう。

The statue of Nio is at the Niomon of the temple
It is enshrined as a pair of a statue of Agyo with an opening and a statue of Ungyo with its mouth tied.
From here, we are talking about Aun.
There is also a Nio statue at the Niomon of Shinshu Zenkoji.
It is a powerful Niomon and Nio statue that has survived numerous disasters and hardships over the past 100 years.
