本日は、一足一刀の間(いっそくいっとうのま)　です。

一歩踏み込めば相手に打突を与え、一歩さがれば相手の打突をかわすことのできる間合いのことを言います。
これより近いと近間、遠いと遠間という。これは個人の体力・体型・筋力・剣道の習熟度によって一概に規定はできません。稽古を重ねる中でこの間合いをつかんでいきましょう。　

日常も人と人との間合い、つまり自分と相手との距離を遠間から自ら挨拶することは大事ですよね。
そして、徐々に間合いを詰めて気の合う楽しい会話をしましょう！
その楽しい会話が所謂、一足一刀の間合いです。

また、絶対に気をつけなければいけないのが、すぐに他人の懐に入り込もう、つまり近間になろうとする方です。だいたい善人を騙して金銭や情報を盗ろうとします。また、特徴は自分の事は言わず、相手対して質問が多かったりするのが特徴です。所謂、偽善者ですね。
『失礼だな。』と少しでも感じたり思ったら、このことかと思ってくださいね。
少しでも怪しいと思ったら躊躇せず、必ず直ぐに離れて縁を切って下さいね。
