本日は、切り返し です。
正面打ち→体当たり→連続左右面→正面打ちを連続して通常２回繰り返す剣道の総合的稽古法です。
切り返しの中に剣道のすべての要素が含まれていると教えていただいております。
普段、先生にお願いし掛かる稽古は、初太刀は互角、後は
掛かり手として、挑みます。
そして、打ち込み稽古、掛かり稽古、最後は切り返しという稽古の形が理想的です。
切り返しのきれいな人は見ていも本当にきれいで美しいですね。
剣道は試合ばかりではないことが剣道の素晴らしさでもあります。
