    いつも明るく陽気な剣道コンビニです。
    本日は、遠山の目付(えんざんのめつけ)　です。
    相手と対峙したときに、相手の竹刀や打突部など一カ所をだけを見つめたりしないで、遠い山を望むように、相手の顔を中心に体全体をおおらかに見なさいという教えです。
    今日は近所の小学校で運動会が行われました。秋晴れで素晴らしい天気の中、子供たちが礼儀正しく一生懸命楽しく頑張っている姿に感動しました。
    また、遠くの山々🏔や景色を眺めて観ましたが、とてもきれいで気持ち良く心もホッとし落ち着きました。感謝☺️
    遠い山を眺めるが如く、こういう気持ちで日常も仕事も剣道もやることが大事なんだと思いました。

    It is always a bright and cheerful kendo convenience store.
    Today is Toyama's Metsuke.
    When confronting the opponent, it is a teaching that you should not look at only one place such as the opponent's bamboo sword or the striking part, but look at the whole body with the opponent's face as if you were looking at a distant mountain.
    An athletic meet was held at an elementary school in the neighborhood today. I was impressed by how the children were polite, hard, and happy in the wonderful autumn weather.
    Also, I looked at the mountains in the distance 🏔 and the scenery, and it was very beautiful and comfortable and calm. Thanks ☺️
    I thought it was important to do daily life, work, and kendo with this feeling, as if looking at a distant mountain.
